These terms govern your use of Remzora Chat (remzorachat.com), operated by Remzora Digital Services, India. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Service: a platform to use the official WhatsApp Cloud API for chats, campaigns, chatbots, flows, templates and API access.
2. Your account: keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for accurate business details.
3. Acceptable use: you must follow WhatsApp Business and Meta Commerce policies, message only contacts who have opted in, and not send spam, illegal, misleading or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that Meta restricts.
4. Fees: plan fees are shown on our pricing page and are payable in advance. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
5. Availability: we aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for outages or changes on Meta's side.
6. Liability: our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Termination: you may cancel anytime; we may end accounts that breach these terms.
8. Law: these terms are governed by the laws of India.
